Into Form

The Process
Into Form unfolds in a 3-act cycle: Listening, Shaping, and Weaving. These are not steps to master, but movements in a living rhythm. Each stage brings you into contact with the unconscious—not to define who you are, but to loosen what has been unconsciously lived.
Act 1: Listening – Opening the Channel
Access your unconscious by choosing a prompt from the Act 1 deck (12 exercises). Explore it for a few minutes and notice what stands out.
Act 2: Shaping – Forging the Material
Transform your raw material through three rounds: create, evolve, and refine. Use the Act 2 deck (12 exercises) to experiment with forms—poems, stories, images, movement, and more.
Act 3: Weaving – Reflection & Integration
Notice patterns, share insights, and follow your intuition. Return to your work to reflect, annotate, or lightly refine, integrating your discoveries.
The purpose isn’t to put you in a box—but to reveal the larger web you’re already woven into. We use these frameworks to expand understanding, not reduce complexity.
